Dear backers,
We are working day and night to send out every each of your parcels. Some dozens of earbuds were returned to our factory as a delivery of built-in battery products is being rejected by some regions. Note that our carrier has solved this problem, which means you will be able to receive your reward before long.
Sincerely apologize for this very late update, we are in our hasty of doing fulfillment and distribution, hence we may not able to respond to you all promptly, but we will do our best to reply more swiftly. In the past few months, we’ve been working very hard on manufacturing and assembling each and every pair of your hGroov earbuds. And now, sit still, cause we are going to announce: the mass production is going to be completed!
Most of your rewards are already grounded, so the first batch will be shipped out in LATE MARCH. We are as elated as you do, good things always worth waiting for, right?

Good news! The mass production is going really well, as the quality of the second trial production is pretty close to the final production. We have been testing them for 2 weeks, improved the sound quality - the bass is stronger, sound is clearer; Bluetooth connection is more stable.
At the end of the day, we believe you are going to love them!
