Fulfillment Timeline Update

Hey, backers! Good news! We have settled everything! We paid for the suppliers, the materials are ready, if everything goes smoothly the hGroov earbuds should be coming out on March 10th. You can expect to receive them by the end of March or early April.  

As a side note, we’re just back from CES, a lot of future techs there, an amazing future is coming!

Last Call For Order Updates!

The last day to make final updates to your order is December 30th. After this date, we will lock your reward selections and charge cards for add-on item purchases, pledge upgrades, and pre-orders. You can update your shipping address up until we lock addresses for shipping.  

 

If you haven’t answered your survey yet, if you fill out your BackerKit survey or pay for extra shipping after the December 30th order due date, we’ll still receive your information but your shipment may be delayed.

Timeline & CES 2018

Hey, backers!  

It’s almost Christmas, we know you guys are crazy busy with the Christmas preparations, but our team is still working on the hGroov project, and here is some good news for you. 

If everything goes well the earbuds may be sent out earlier than we planned in February, as a note it’s not a 100% accurate timeline, we need to confirm again with all the suppliers and logistics partners, so some of our team members will fly to China next week to make sure everything goes smoothly. Also, we’re going to CES 2018, you guys are very welcome to visit us!

The last thing is our survey will be sent out this week, please fill in your info and choose the color, if you want to order more hGroov earbuds you can click the add-on items, but if you don’t want to please don’t click the add-on button or you will need to pay for it.  2017 is about to go and we’re so blessed to have a great community of backers, now it’s time for the New Year 2018 and we’re here to say HAPPY NEW YEAR to you in advance.
